SlideCold framed sliding systems
Our robust aluminium frame profiles for unheated conservatories provide the glass doors with the necessary stability while offering our customers a wide range of design options. The use of laminated safety glass (LSG) reduces the risk of breakage while also improving thermal insulation and sound protection. Our SlideCold systems are available in two different configurations: 2-track and 3-track. As standard, the SlideCold framed sliding system can be operated from one side, is height-adjustable and can be securely locked. It is supplied with 6 mm clear laminated safety glass (LSG) or, optionally, with 20 mm insulating glass.
A complete kit includes:

Powder coating
Our aluminium profiles are finished to ensure long-lasting durability and stability. Thanks to the modern powder-coating process, they are highly resistant to scratches, impacts and corrosion. This is what allows them to meet our standards for a premium-quality product.
During pre-treatment, the profiles are first cleaned, degreased and phosphated. The powder coating is then electrostatically charged before being applied to the profile, allowing it to adhere to the surface. Excess powder is simultaneously collected and fully reused. The profiles are then heated in a curing oven, which gives the powder coating its optimal properties.
Powder coating is more durable and resistant than conventional wet paint. In addition, no solvents that are harmful to health or the environment are used, and no powder waste is generated. Modern powder coating therefore makes our aluminium profiles durable, high-quality and stable system components that meet today’s requirements for strong and reliable constructions.
We provide a 15-year warranty on the coating of profiles for patio covers in accordance with Qualicoat Seaside standards.
